I am a sales account manager by profession, but a woodworking enthusiast in my free time.  My academic training was as a chemist, and I worked with a number of different types of plastics in my career (including epoxy resins).  I throughly enjoy blending the beauty of natural woods with unique epoxy fillings/accents, to create functional pieces, such as furniture, trays, and wood turnings.

Most of my woodworking skills I've learned from my father, who taught me all the fundamentals and basic skills in using the right tools for carpentry.  While most of my work includes epoxy accents, I also do more traditional work without epoxy filled wood.  See my past creations, and current offerings for examples of my work (including my first cutting board pictured below, from 7th grade shop class!)
